Gabe’s Story Monday, August 29, 2011 at 2:17am Well, it’s been one week since Gabriel Michael Coy left us for a better place. We miss him more than words can describe, but we are doing OK, ’cause we know Gabe is with Jesus. According to a friend from church whom had a vision of Gabe in Heaven – Gabe says Jesus is way better than Mickey Mouse! I cannot even begin to properly express our deep gratitude and love to all of our friends and family that have offered their prayers, love, tears, stories of Gabe, and support through this tough chapter in our lives – from our whole family – THANK YOU and God bless all of you all! As a Christian, one might rightly point out that gentiles are not under the yoke of the Law of Moses. In Acts 15, a gathering of the Apostles of Christ and the elders of the Church took place. According to verse 5, a certain group of Christian Jews from the sect of the Pharisees, responded to the declaration of the conversion of the Gentiles, and said: “That it was needful to circumcise them [the Gentiles], and to command them to keep the law of Moses.” But after Peter, Paul, Barnabas and James spoke on the matter, they agreed, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, this was not necessary for a Gentile follower of Jesus Christ.
